Today I am going to share with you an easy to make Ruby Tuesday White Chicken Chili recipe. This is one of my all time favorite chili recipes and I have made it several times over the years. I usually combine it with black beans and black olives to make it more mild. Today I am going to share this easy recipe with you. This is so easy to make, so delicious, and will top off your table with all your favorite flavors!

It’s always a nice treat coming home after a long day on your feet and having something to munch on. When I was in college, we would always have parties at my house. Sometimes they would just be a simple potluck, where everyone brought their own food, but other times we would invite people over to my apartment. These parties were great because everyone was relaxed and had fun. When you invite people over to your place, it’s kind of a “let’s go get together” type of atmosphere.

For our Ruby Tuesday party, we decided to create a chicken stock. We didn’t want to use regular chicken stock as it wasn’t as authentic as what we had in Mexico.
