How to make Focaccia Bread Dessert
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the flour with salt, yeast and garlic until well blended.
Step 3: Make a well in the centre and add olive oil and water. Stir it until soft and smooth.
Step 4: On a floured surface, knead the dough for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 5: Put the dough into a bowl with a tea towel over the top.
Step 6: Leave it rise for 30 minutes. And then, knead the dough for another 1 minute.
Step 7: Roll out into desired shape to about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 8: Place the dough onto a greased baking sheet and cover with tea towel.
Step 9: Take tea towel off dough and make dents in it with your fingers spread about 1 tablespoon of oil over the top.
Step 10: Place into the preheated oven and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 11: Drizzle another 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top and serve.
