Yogurt and Pistachio

This can be served as a great appetizer to a meal, or a snack for guests. Its unique taste will get everyone’s attention.

6 cups of plain yogurt
0.5 cup of ground pistachios
0.5 cup slivered pistachios
5 tbsp of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
sea salt
black pepper


Put the yogurt into a bowl. Wash and dice the garlic and add to the bowl. Add the ground pistachios, olive oil, pinch of salt, and pinch of pepper. Mix altogether well. Pour onto a serving dish, and add the slivered pistachios on top. Serve with flat bread.

Cooking Tip

Cut the garlic very well. If it may be too powerful for your taste, just use one. Serve your favorite tea with this dish.
