4 eggs
2 cups of plain yoghurt
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp of black butter
1 tsp of paprika
black pepper

Place the yoghurt in a bowl, and add a pinch of salt. Wash and dice the garlic and add it to the yoghurt, and mix well. Divide the yoghurt onto two plates, to form a circle, and place to the side. The yoghurt will eventually come to room temperature. Fill a pan with water, add the vinegar, and bring the water to a boil. Crack an egg onto the water to cook, and place onto the yoghurt when done. Cook one egg at a time. Get a frying pan on low heat and add butter. Then add the paprika and black pepper on the butter. Once melted, pour on the eggs.

Cooking Tip

If you want to make it spicy you can chop half, or a whole, chili pepper and add. It depends on your taste. Your favorite tea would accompany this dish well.
