Shrimp Casserole

This casserole would be great if you are inviting guests. With its colors and flavors, it will be impressive to all.

2.5 lb of shrimp
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
4 tomatoes
8 oz of mushrooms
4 oz of mozzarella cheese
a few branches of parsley
sea salt
olive oil


Wash and dice the onion and garlic and add to a pan with olive oil. Wash and chop the green and red peppers, mushrooms, and parsley and add it to the pan. Wash and dice the tomatoes and add it to the pan. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, and stir. Then add the shrimp and cook for about 5 min. Preheat the oven at 350°F. Place everything in the pan into a pot, and put it into the oven. After 10 min put grated mozzarella cheese on top, and back into the oven to finish cooking. Bake for 15-20 min.

Cooking Tip

If you want to make it spicy you can chop half, or a whole, chili pepper and add. It depends on your taste. Add a white chardonnay wine to your table.
