Salmon with Herbs

9 lb of salmon
fresh garden herbs: thyme, dill, sage
olive oil


Clean the fish and fill the center with herbs. Preheat the oven to 662F. Place it in a pan with olive oil. Add lemon juice and salt to both sides. Place it in the oven to cook for at least 30 minutes. One minute before you take out of the oven add butter.

Cooking Tip

You can buy a whole live salmon at the fish market and ask them to clean it for you. You can add parsley, potatoes, or a leaf salad to this dish. Pick a dry white wine to add to your table.
