Macaroni & Cheese

This is a great recipe for a finicky child. An old time recipe, and a childhood favorite.

7 oz of macaroni pasta
0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of butter
3 oz parmesan cheese


Boil the macaroni pasta in a pot of water for 20 – 25 minutes, add a pinch of salt while boiling. Take it off the heat and pour into a strainer, when the pasta is soft to your taste. Put the macaroni back into the pot, add the butter, and toss. Then add the cheese and toss. This must be done quickly while the pasta is still hot. Once all melted, place on a dish, and sprinkle a tbsp or 2 of parmesan cheese on top.

Cooking Tip

If it seems too dry or not creamy enough, you can add a little milk. You may want to warm the milk a little, to keep the macaroni warm.
