Fruit Salad with Yogurt

This recipe would be great for breakfast or brunch, so you can start your day right. It is very tasty and nutritious.

40 oz of yogurt
3.5 oz of strawberries
1 kiwi
3.5 oz of apples
1 banana
1 pear
1 mango
3 oz of lemon juice
7 oz of raspberries


Blend the raspberries with the yogurt, and keep to the side. Wash and prepare the fruit, then chop and place in the bowl and add lemon juice. Toss the fruit in the bowl. Spoon the yogurt into a small plate or bowl, then place the fruit in the middle.

Cooking Tip

A sweet dessert wine would be great with this.
