Fruit Salad

This is a great recipe when the sun is shining, on a hot day. Fruit is refreshing and nutritious, also a great choice for children. This would be great for a picnic, brunch, or BBQ. You will enjoy this simple recipe.

1 apple
1 banana
1 orange
2 kiwi
4 strawberries
bunch of grapes
green melon
3 oz of lemon juice
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar


Clean, peal, and chop the fruit and place into a bowl. Add lemon juice and vanilla sugar, and toss. Serve in individual cups or bowls.
