Apple Ginger Tea

A different way to make a classic Asian drink. This will warm you up on a cool day.

Ingredients

1 green tea bag or if loose leaf 1 tsp
half an apple
1 inch of ginger

Preparation

Get a small pot. Wash, peel, and chop the apple and ginger, and add to the pot. Add the tea to the pot. Fill with water. Bring to a boil, turn off stove, and let it sit for a minute or two. Pour into a teapot.

Cooking Tip

When picking ginger, make sure it is hard, to ensure freshness.
