Lemon Mousse

This is a simple dessert for a warm day. This could be a dessert course of a meal, or a nice treat at brunch or lunch.

1 can (14 oz) of condensed milk
14 oz of sour cream
0.5 cup lemon juice


Pour the milk and sour cream into a bowl, and use a hand blender to mix. Gradually add the lemon juice and mix. Place the mixture into a refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Spoon into glasses.

Cooking Tip

You could add a lemon or orange zest on top as a finishing touch.
