Coconut Macaroons

This would be a great treat for when guests come over for coffee.

Ingredients

7 oz of coconut flour
7 oz of sugar
egg whites from 4 eggs
parchment paper

Preparation

First mix the coconut flour and sugar together, then add the egg whites and mix. Once the mixture is uniform, place it in a piping bag with a star piping tip. Place parchment paper on a baking pan, and squeeze out the dough. Pre-heat the oven at 320F, and bake for about 30 minutes. Let them cool on the pan.

Cooking Tip

You could add coconut sprinkles on top as a finishing touch.
