Coffee Cream

This is a simple dessert for a warm day. This could be a dessert course of a meal, or a nice treat at lunch.

1 cup of coffee
1.4 oz of sugar
10 oz cream


Brew the coffee, and add the sugar while it’s hot to dissolve. Stir well, and set to the side to cool. Pour the cream into a bowl. With a hand blender, start mixing the cream. Then pour the coffee in and continue to mix. Once the mixture is uniform, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour. You can then spoon it into glasses.

Cooking Tip

You can add chocolate chips, or sprinkles, on top if you want.
