Beef Tomato Soup

There is nothing better than a warm soup on a cold day. This tasty recipe will definitely make you feel fantastic.

11 oz sirloin beef
1-2 tomatoes
1 inch of ginger
1 clove of garlic
7 tbsp of water
sea salt
parsley stems
cooking oil
rice wine


Cut the beef into cubes. Places the cubes into a medium to high heat pot, with a little oil, to sear the meat for 4-5 minutes. Add water and rice wine and stir until all the dark glaze is gone, at a medium to high heat. Clean and cut the tomato, ginger, and garlic and place into a pot. Bring the broth to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Add sea salt and chopped parsley. Cover the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally.

Cooking Tip

If you want a little spice, you could add a chili pepper to this recipe. Add a nice red Merlot wine as well.
